Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, size, and destination.

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Carrier Responsibility & Liability

ChefKennyEats LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged by third-party shipping carriers.

We are not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered but left in unsafe or unsecured locations (porches, doorsteps, lobbies, etc.).

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

While we are not responsible for the negligence of shipping carriers, we may, at our sole discretion, assist customers on a case-by-case basis to work toward a resolution.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.

Lost packages must be reported to the carrier first. We will provide assistance when possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for carrier errors.
Digital Goods (Recipes, E-Books, Files)

Once a digital product (such as recipes, e-books, or downloads) is confirmed as delivered to your email or account, it is considered final sale.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for digital goods.

Prices for digital goods are non-negotiable and final.

Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see your digital purchase before emailing support.
Apparel & Merchandise

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchase.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
